Railways Track / Relay Management Solution

One of Japan's railway operators wanted to automate and centrally manage their railway track relays. The hardware connected with the relays was operating on a Custom Application Layer protocol. The new solution required development of raw TCP server with zero failure or downtime. In current set-up, the relay devices are managed in a standalone manner resulting in high overhead and operational complexity.
