HARDWARE CONFIGURATION
Sigma-LA supports data collection from multiple phone, scanner, and GPS devices. Voice calls and data
connections are used to activate protocol sequences and record key performance indicators (KPI).
DIAGNOSTIC VIEWS
KPI data is displayed during data collection or during replay of recorded files. Data is organized into
diagnostic views to assist technical professionals while they troubleshoot network problems. Views also
provide a way to insure that data is properly recorded for later evaluation using
post-processing software tools.
