Basic educational requirements for engineering positions: Engineering degree (Computer Science Engineering / Electronics and communications / Electrical and Electronics / Telecommunication) or MCA with B.Sc. in CSE or Electronics.

Software life cycle (design, coding, testing and integration)
Senior positions require the experience of handling teams Very strong C# .NET skills
Knowledge of relational databases including SQL 2000
Strong OOD skills
Configuration management using VSS Analytical skills
Self-driven
Willingness to learn new technologies
Good communication skills Wireless communications (GSM, GPRS, 3G, LTE, WiMAX, WLAN)
Mapping API (ESRI ArcGIS, Google Maps, MapInfo)
Programming Languages (Visual C++, Java)
